My Goals:
To get my weight down to 170 pounds as soon as possible. (I'm taller)

As of the end of May 2013 I weigh 255 pounds. That is a total loss of 95 pounds from my highest weight and I know it can continue!


My Program:
Thinking positive, reducing my calories to 1200-1500 per day, and trying to be as active as I can be.

You are doing soo awesome! We started at around the same weight, and so far I'm about halfway to where you're at on the scale...helps me stay motivated that it IS possible!!!!!!!!
