I'm 29 on October 31st and I really want to lose 15 pound before that, as well as another 25 pounds before I get married on 12/12.
I know what I have to do, yet I tend to overeat! And, that's what I need to work on the most. Telling myself no, and working on will power.
Fitness goals: I like to get toned up, I lost about 170 pounds in the past 10 years, and I can't seem to tone and lose the extra 35 - 40 pounds.
