Procrastinator needs Motivation to stay on target

OK - I am trying to restart once AGAIN! I keep telling myself I'm going to do the right thing and get back to using Spark because it worked so well for me last year and then my follow through stops. I am trying once again and hoping that this time I will stick to it. I know that since I've starting gaining back the lbs - slowly but still gaining, I've been feeling depressed. I hate feeling that way so I NEED to use Spark and all its resources - especially all its members to help keep me on ...

I hate feeling that way so I NEED to use Spark and all its resources - especially all its members to help keep me on track.

I've been on Spark for almost a year now. I did so well the first six months and then fell away from the group due to life responsibilities. I need help getting back on target and help staying motivated. Exercise is my biggest road block. I would appreciate any suggestions for easy ideas on how to get started again with fun exercise to help get into a healthy habit and begin to look forward to it.

My Goals:
This years goal is to develop healthy boundaries for myself and finding the backbone to follow them through. I find that I am always "there" for everyone else and let my needs fall away. And if I can't respond the way others are expecting me to, I am consumed with guilt which leads to emotional eating - yipes.

My Program:
I'm working on becoming more positive by not only surrounding myself with positive people but working on my affirmations. I am trying to do exercise every night no matter how small and lot and lots of water.

Personal Information:
I am a yo-yo dieter starting way back to when I waa a young child. I see my self worth in my body image. I am a divorced mother of 3 adult boys. 2 years ago my mom got real sick so I sold my home out of state and moved to Maryland to the family home to take care of my mom. I am on a disability retirement and also work 2 part time jobs which allow for some flexibility for when I need to take care of my mom more intensely. The emotional stress and the lack of any personal time are noticibly affecting me.

Hello Jenny how are you? I havent talked chatted with ya in a while. Hope all is well with you. We started off the year so well you & I full of hope & determination so what happened? LOL As for me I lost a couple family members & had to travel to UK to say goodbye that set off a depression in me which was really hard to dig my way out off. However i am back now & trying extra hard to make things work.
Hope you are well. I took to walking indoors with Leslie Sansone tapes cos i never could find a waking buddy. Oh well
