My Goals:
to loose weight to lower my blood pressure and colesterol level, reduce the strain on my knees. to be able to buy nice clothes in any shop. and finally to stop people asking when the baby is due!!! No baby only fat! it can be embarressing. esspecially if i an having a hot flush at the time!

I read silhouette intrigue and Mills and Boon romances mostly as they are light weight, throw away books that are easy to read on the bus to and from work.
