    When is your birthday? This is so do-able....My goal has me on a losing path though. My family wanted to do a 12 week Biggest Loser Challenge to get to our ideal/goal weight. I think I set it way to hard. I have to lose more than 3 lbs/week, this just isn't realistic.

    Anyhow, I know you can do it if you put your mind to it.

    Keep your chin up! Remember, none of this is for a "quick fix" ... do it to do it, or don't do it at all.

    Set a different goal besides a number of pounds... you'll find you'll stick to meeting that goal long after the set number of pounds have been lost.

    Train for a race of some kind.. make that your motivation, and I can guarantee you, the epic journey will become more of an adventure than a hardship.
