Live, Love Laugh Lots

I thought it was time to give my profile an update since i joined in Sept 07'. I lost 20 pounds after joining only to gain 30 when I lived in Australia for 4 months. So I got back into sparkpeople and lost most of that weight after a very emotional breakup and life change. However I became OBSESSED with losing weight. I thought it was time to give my profile an update since i joined in Sept 07'. I lost 20 pounds after joining only to gain 30 when I lived in Australia for 4 months. So I got back into sparkpeople and lost most of that weight after a very emotional breakup and life change. However I became OBSESSED with losing weight. I was taking drastic measures and I realized that was no way to live my life. I could not find a balance so here I am back up on the scale and wanting more than ever to find a balance for ME. This is the main challenge in many areas of my life. Knowing when to treat myself without guilt and when to push myself to the max. Its always binge or restrict.
I am finishing my masters in counselling and spirituality. I have a lot going for me in my life and i consider myself a very happy person. I would like to lose 25 pounds by June 1.
I also love working out. I am going to start training for traithlons in september which is very exciting. I want to live a lifestyle of an athlete. I am thinking they do not binge? lol.

I think healthy weight loss begins with acceptance and love:) so here is to me the way i am right now :) and to me 25 pounds lighter!

At the end of the day there is no one i rather be than my beautifully flawed self:)
