Don’t worry, you’ll eat well Eat the correct portion size in protein, whole grains, and fruits, and use lots of veggies to fill up on if you need to. That has been really helping me while learning this all. It's a lifestyle change, and it's taking it one day at a time!!
Hi, it is sure nice to have a friend on the sparks page. We are in the process of moving, then we leave on vacation for two weeks. I sure hope that I can stick to the calories while we are away. This will be a test of my will-power. The funny thing is while I have been cleaning and preparing for the move I have been able to stick to the spark's guidelines.
