Jen's Healthy Race to 40

It's 3 more months until I hit 40 & I thought it would be a great goal to enter the fun middle years of my life as fit & strong as ever. I enjoy working out a lot, but find it challenging to make the time, unless I'm in a great zone of working out every day. Zumba DVDs, Firm, & Jillian Michaels are my current faves. I have 4 girls: 2 in high school, 1 in middle, & 1 in elementary. Evenings are logistical pretzels retrieving & dropping them - so I have to have me time in early morning or ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to permanently lose 15 pounds of unnecessary me! I also aim to have the strength & energy to keep up with the needs of my family. That will also help me to face any health challenges that may come my way as I age!

My Program:
My fast break goals are:

To not snack mindlessly at night.

To exercise at least 10 minutes a day.

To drink lots of water.

It took willpower for me to set such a low bar, but it's not low when you are starting where I am!
