My Goals:
Lose my pregnancy weight from this one and my last one. I would like to get back down to 120lbs by Sep 2012.

My Program:
Maintain daily calorie intake to lose 1-2lbs per week and exercise 5 times a week.

So sorry to hear you are morning sick. That was the worst part of pregnancy for me. I hope that you are able to rest and fit in some easy exercise until you are feeling better. You will probably just need to take things one day at a time. In my last pregnancy (which I started much heavier than my first), I only gained 15 lbs and lost it all within three weeks of giving birth. I hope that you have a similar experience with regard to the ease of losing preganancy weight. Take care. Hugs, Kymm

I hope that you are getting rest. I found that I was exhausted when pregnant. The extra sleep is good for you especially with you being faithful to your exercise program. Hope you are enjoying the baby fit website. I am sure that you will be able to connect with a lot of interesting people there.

Well first week all done. Got up each morning and walked on my treadmill for 40min on an incline of 8 speed 3. Worked all day, ate supper and was so tired I'd fall asleep until my bf would wake me up for bed. Slept all night too. Hope I get more into the routine next week and can stay awake past 7.

First day back to work went very well. Kind of taking work from others but no huge responsibilities. Doing my treadmill walking durning my works Physical Training time.
