I need to lose weight to be healthy. I want to be around to see my kids have their own children, and I need to be a good rolemodel for them. I want to have more energy and feel better about myself. I want to not have to shop in the plus size stores and feel comfortable in jeans.
I'm watching how many calories I eat per day and I do cardio 4 times per week for 30 min. and weights 3 times per week for 40 minutes.
