We can do it!

I am a single mom of 2 and a kindergarten teacher. Life is very hectic and I don't usually take the time to care for me. I have lost weight a few times, but have never been able to keep it off. I am determined to make it work this time! Together with my sister I am taking time out for myself a few nights a week to exercise and strategize for the week ahead.

After 6 months I started to get back on track and faltered last week.... Trying again this week. The news on the scale is not good though!! I believe I am ready to get back on track! Glad to hear you are doing better :)
