Life Intended

I want to live the life I was Intended to live, which as you can Imagine does not include Tipping the scales at, waaay to much or basically sitting on my butt ALL the time. So, I'm going to make those changes among other things in order to have the life I've always dreamed of. Because this isn't it and my dreams are worth perusing.

Have A Really Great Saturday! emoticon Also, I want to encourage you and doing mostly but completely a plant based diet. I have been trying to do that also but like you I am not cutting out meat yet.
