Hi Jennybabee, i got your post regarding a weight loss buddy that would be great. I think it would be really helpful I am 36 years old married with no children i live in new hampshire and am trying right now to get motivation to start walking where the weather is getting nice. i did well several years back walking everyday 3 miles and i took off alot of weight which i have gained all back. unfortunately i am the type to make alot of excuses not to get out there. I get down on myself because ive tried and failed so many times i started my first diet at 12. well id love to hear from you so if your interested write me back. take care hope to hear from ya tracy

Hi, saw your post on the VA message board - don't give up!!! I just hit the 35 lb mark today - woohoo!!! plateaued for nearly 3 weeks, then I finally thought about it, and reevaluated my calorie needs, and it looks like I was eating too much. I cut back my intake this week by only 300 cal's a day (give or take) and whamo the scale moved today :-) Maybe you just need to tweak your food or your excercise. You've come so far, don't waste it now!!

I'm in VA Beach too and looking for a walking buddy if you're interested let me know. Now that it's getting nice out I'd like to start walking outside more than on the treadmill.
