I NEED to track the calories I consume for the rest of my life. This is what I have concluded after years of going on a diet, tracking calories, losing weight then going off and gaining it all back. I NEED to see my caloric totals and a few different nutrient values and I like seeing my workouts logged. My Goals:
To become healthy and continue to be throughout my life. I would like to be a positive influence on my children and family's lives.
My Program:
I am tracking calories and some nutrient info. I am also logging my exercise. Tracking my info is a great way to "see" the effort and time I put into what I eat and worked off.
