My Goals:
My goals are going to start small so I don't overwhelm myself. Ideally I'd like to lose 2 pounds per week, or more, but I am going to try my hardest not to get caught up in the 'numbers.'

My Program:
*Drink at least 120 ounces of water daily.

*Eat 1,200 - 1,400 calories per day.

*Begin walking and eventually jogging 2x per week.

*Complete JM30S or Turbo Jam 3x per week.

Love the pics... really like your treat on 45# - tattoo - I got one myself for reaching a milestone... girl mighty mouse lifting weights (think there is a picture in my photos)... talk about a constant reminder to workout and keep up with maintenance...LOL... looking forward to watching you hit your goals and objectives. emoticon Sometimes I find that I am motivated the most when I have a goal to work towards. In fact, I recently decided I am going to train for a half marathon just 'cuz I need something, anything, to work towards. In other times, it's fun to look through people's success stories! I guess it all depends what motivates YOU! emoticon
