Personal Information:
I'm almost 39, married, and a mother of 3 kids, ages almost 8, 6 and 4. We live outside of Peoria, Il and I work full time at one of the local hospitals. I've been a Nuclear Medicine Tech for 17 years now, and unfortunately it keeps me very busy. By the end of the day I'm exhausted and too tired to exercise. At work, I usually put in 5 miles of walking. I love doing yoga but it's hard to meet up at the class times! My husband is very helpful and understanding with my weight loss goals and we actually do this weight loss thing, healthy eating, measuring foods, together!
Other Information:
I love to read romance/suspense books and always have my nose in my Kindle! A bonus to eating is my kids are starting to be aware of portion sizes and calories too!! Now if I could get them to eat veggies!!
