Final Motivation

Jenn here. This is my second, third, quadruplemillionth attempt at finally finding the motivation and determination to get into shape. I have a bucket list and #27 is get and stay in shape. I'm almost there, but it's hard to stay in shape when you can think of 10,000 different reasons why going to the gym is a lot less cool than doing something else.

So here I am, once again, hoping to get there. I have at least set a few goals that I have accomplished, or almost accomplished: ...

I'm almost there, but it's hard to stay in shape when you can think of 10,000 different reasons why going to the gym is a lot less cool than doing something else.

So here I am, once again, hoping to get there. I have at least set a few goals that I have accomplished, or almost accomplished:
1. lose 15lbs (check)
2. go vegetarian (check)
3. go completely plant based (done by August 31st, or at least that's the plan).

I'm training for two events as well:
Sept 8: Hardcore Mudd Run
Nov 18: Philly Half Marathon

My Goals:
- Hardcore Mudd Run: finish it without skipping any events
- Philly Half Marathon: finish it in less than 2:30:00.

My Program:
I am going to be doing Hal Hodgin's half training beginning August 27th.

Until then I try to hit weights at least 3 times a week, do cardio on the two other days, and take a day to do pilates or yoga. And of course, I always leave a day for rest.
That is my ultimate plan. If I actually accomplish that in a week, I give myself a high five.
