The Tough Get Going

Weight loss is a process and I seem to be restarting that process. After some great success in 2011, life--AKA my ability to attempt to eat my feelings--got in the way.

So here I am, April 2013, getting back into the swing of things. Making time for having a life, getting fit, working and going to grad school. It isn't easy to juggle so much, but it very much worth the effort. I feel better already. :)

My Program:
I am following the "Eat To Live" plan which is essentially a low fat vegan eating plan. I am not a vegan, I am following Eat To Live. The difference is this: I still will eat items where dairy is the fifth item down the ingredient list and I wear leather shoes.
I eat as clean and as organic as possible.




Personal Information:
I'm Jenn, from Columbus, Ohio. I'm 40, an ICU nurse and I'm currently in grad school.

I love kayaking. Don't ask about the kayaking unless you want to hear ALL about the kayaking. :)


I love to read and my Ipod is the best gift I've ever received for getting fit.

I used to follow you in 2011 - I have no idea why this is the same color on the same color font. I was so excited to see you were still on here -I miss your funny posts. I too have been off and on but hey it is a new year so time for it again.
