I am not a vegan, I am following Eat To Live. The difference is this: I still will eat items where dairy is the fifth item down the ingredient list and I wear leather shoes.
I eat as clean and as organic as possible.

Yup, I'm still here, still blogging and vlogging. We're down to one guinea pig and I don't hoop quite as much as I used to, but I manage to find ways to entertain myself, nonetheless. (You can go a long way with an accordion.) I put the 40 lbs that I lost, back on, so I'm in do-over mode. But I've shared all of it here (good, bad and everything in between). It's all GOOD! Glad you're back.

It's a Hamilton Beach blah blah blah super chopper 9000X (or something) It has a tube! You put food in it and the magic gnomes slice it all up! I haven't used it yet, but it's there, on my counter, WAITING. THE TIME IS NOW.

I'm glad you didn't change your number - other than the actual progress on weight loss and fitness, you and Tanya were my favourite things about Sparkpeople :D
