My Goals:
I am here to get healthy. That is my biggest goal. But in the process of that I am planning to lose 40 to 50 pounds.
My Program:
First of all I'm going to start going back to the gym. I love to workout but don't like going by myself. I am also going to watch what I am eating and count my calories.
Other Information:
