    I have been eating right and exercising No for 2 months. Its been hard but after I get on the scale and see the results its all worth it! I have lost a total of 33 pounds and I know I am almost 3 sizes smaller in my pants. I have also started running on the treadmill and let me tell you it feels so good to have the energy to do that. I am member of fitzone and they have also helped me so much. I just want to give everyone who is trying to lose weight...do not give up no matter how hard it gets or how much you feel alone! Keep up the good work and it will come off! emoticon

    I just wanted to say how glad I am to be doing this.....its been a week since I started exercising and eating right and I have lost 12.4 pounds in this week. I have worked hard and I am reaching my goal. Thanks so much for everyones support. emoticon
