GO ORANGE!!!
I'm Jennifer, I'm a 25 year old substance abuse counselor. I've been overweight my entire life, and have decided to lose weight numerous times, none being successful. I'm hoping that this time will be different, and I can take the first step to being the person that I want to be.

My Goals:
**TO BE HAPPY!*
~ To be able to go to Europe next summer and fly over without using a seat beat extender, and also be able to walk around without being tired.
~ To be in a healthy relationship
My Program:
I try and go to the gym every morning before work, and if I can't get to the gym, then I like to go to the park and walk. I've also cut out soda (AHH! That's so hard!), fast food, fried food, am eating more fruits and vegetables and am drinking tons of water.
