My Goals:
*Adjusted my goal to 140lbs.

*Be on my way to losing the next 20lbs.

*Be active again.

*Really learn to control the late night binging again that adds hundreds of calories to good food days.

My Program:
*Eating breakfast everyday.

*Getting more calories early in the day and trying not to eat late in the evenings after 7pm.

*Work out, consistently, between 3 and 6 days every week.

*Increase fruit and veggie intake to stay full and without cravings.

*Get out on my moutain bike and keep up with the weight training.

Personal Information:
*Gained 40lbs over the past 3 years from a long illness.

*Went from a very physically active lifestyle to a very sedentary lifestyle and the pounds came fast.

*2011 is the year to really make the new habits stick and reach my ultimate weight goal and carry on the good work I did in 2010.

*Accepting that recovery is slow, but possible.

Other Information:
I believe on most days that I have hit that point of true change, where there is no going back. I thank my dear friend Kimberly for helping to put me on a new food path and introducing me to Spark in the first place. She has always been in the right place and time in my life.

Jen,
Whatever happens at the weigh in tomorrow, don't beat yourself up ! It sounds like work will go well, so let yourself get settled and start getting back on track. Remember, we didn't put this weight on over night !

Thanks for commenting on my blog last week and wishing me luck! I haven't been on recently after I made my new Spark page since I've been so busy at work an exhausted at night.
