Formerly known as JennKHealth.

By finding my balance, and achieving peace with myself and my surroundings, all other goals will be achieved. I look at the photo on the left from 2015 and I remember why I am here in the first place. To change for the better and for the long term. I accept that progress is an up and down journey and as long as I continue to continue I will get there.

I have a solid new goal at the moment, Mexico in August is booked and I have to get down to my goal weight and stay consistent with achieving my goals. I'm going for 5 pounds per month and I believe I'm back on my proper path.

Fitness Minutes: 25,328

My Goals:
Shed body fat.

Watch my measurements drop, I just want to be smaller all around.

Develop my muscle tone, it's under there I just need to give it a chance.

Develop new eating habits that are life long and good for my body.

Leave old habits and my old lifestyle behind.

Never go above 160lbs ever again, that will be my ceiling weight.

Find a healthy weight I can maintain for a life time.


My Program:
Cardio 3 to 5 days every week for at least 30 mins.

Weight training at least 3 days a week.

Smaller meals throughout the day, high protein, lower carbs. Less empty calories, more dense nutrition.

Yoga, meditation, sauna, massage and other stress reduction techniques to maintain mental health as well as physical health.

Increase my outdoor workouts.



Personal Information:
Went from 195 down to 159 and now I'm back up to 180 and starting over. It's been hard lately and I'm learning how to make this work.

Starting over and making a new life for myself.


Other Information:
Trying to change my entire life from the bottom up. Trying to leave behind negative habits and behaviors and become a better, healthier, more peaceful person. I'm not giving up on myself again this time, I'm sticking with this Spark name and being true to me.
