    Your journal entries will remain private. The only things that post are comments on a person's page and then if you reply to a message board . Moving around has been hard this Summer. Normally I like to go on a 30 minute walk every other night with my boyfriend and our dogs but at 10pm it is still 100 degrees here. We have had the craziest heat this Summer so I ain't movin around until September LOL! I do have some resistance bands that I keep at the office to work my arms and I SHOULD play my kinect boxing or Biggest Loser game more but I have yet to get a groove going on exercise. Eating mindfully is hard but feels doable whereas exercise feels impossible to me most of the time. Currently my focus is no soda, more water, better meals. After I get that down (and after the heat wave) I will start with 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week walking!

    Hey girl... just checking in on you. Currently I am eating oatmeal that claims to be flavored like a cinnamon roll... I disagree! It is not very yummy but I just imagine that eat bite is giving me healthy super powers or something LOL! I have been trying a pomegranate/ raspberry green tea lately but today I am going to go for blueberry iced tea with some fresh lemon. Once I get the perfect combo I will make sure everyone knows! Hope you have a great day :)
