Ready for a Change
I'm the single mom of a 9-year-old boy. I work full-time and don't have a lot of time for exercise but I'm trying to make as much time as I can. My big problem, however, is not the exercise but food! I love food, love it a lot, but I want to try to focus on making better food choices, and helping my son make better food choices.
