Eating better, sticking to the calorie range given to me by Sparkpeople. Exercising on a regular basis. Eating less junk food. DRINK MORE WATER

Small people resort to such bitter forms of hate while truly great people will only lift you higher to help you to discover the value & potential you may not see yourself.
