My Life & My Body

For years I have been hiding myself in this woman made fat suit. Along in doing so I've pushed people out, caused pain to myself and others.

I wanted to protect myself, but I ended up causing myself more harm than good.

I have many times lost weight. I did very well for the first month or two. But along comes those nasty road bumps or road blocks and off track I go. And rarely getting back onto the saddle.

I know what I have to do, I know what tools I ...

I know what I have to do, I know what tools I need, and I know this is not a diet, It's a Life Style Change.

For me It's more about finding away through those road blocks when I come to them.

I have a new friend who is constantly on top of me and asking how I am doing. She is like my accountability buddy. Without her there is no way I would be able to do what I am doing.

I love how I am now. I have changed a lot over the past few years. Now I just need to make my outside match the inside :D
