Hanging in there.
I lost 80 pounds in 2007, but have been struggling since then. I've put about 20 pounds back on which is moving in the WRONG direction!
I'm resetting all my progress meters to help keep me accountable.
I'm a quiet gal and most of the time I have a hard time talking with people and making strong connections. I love to try out new things. I'm up for trying just about anything at least once.

My Goals:
I'm looking to get down to around 160 eventually, but for now my goal is to drop below 200 and stay there.
My Program:
I eat meal replacements for breakfast and lunch most days with a sensible dinner and a snack or 2 that usually consists of fruit.
I'm taking ballroom dance classes and I play flag football with my company.
I also walk/run a couple days a week and I'd like to get more dedicated with that because it makes me feel good after running a couple miles.
Personal Information:
I live in North Seattle. I'm married and have a daughter from my first marriage. I'm a software engineer currently working in the games industry.
Other Information:
I'm shy, but I also enjoy being a bit of a ham. These ladies are responsible for my lovely pinup photos.
