My goal is to feel comfortable in my own skin. I want to be healthy for my family and have energy to play with my kids. I also want to teach by example so eating healthy and being active is a way of life for myself and my family. I feel crappy more than I feel good. I am working on reversing that.

hi Jennifer..I saw your comment on one of the pages where you said that you use chocolate protein powder and mix it with water and milk...I just bought so powder and tonight mixed it with the recommended amount of milk (skim milk) and it was SO sweet...do you mix the water and milk to dilute the flavour? if so, i think that is an excellent suggestion and might try that myself...otherwise I dont know if I will be able to keep drinking it. It tastes like melted heavenly hash ice cream...yuck!
