Hello! I joined SparkPeople 4 years ago with an initial goal to lose 30 pounds, which I accomplished. Since then I have mostly kept off the weight, but over the last two years, my weight has crept up and I've gained back a few pounds. I have been more sedentary and have eating larger portions and more snacks. I am back on SP to lose ten pounds and get back to a more comfortable weight. It is time to "recalibrate" my eating habits and bring exercise back into my life.
