I need to be healthy and fit and I'll do that be working my heart and dropping my excess weight. I find that I'm not a gal who was really thin and then ballooned over night. I've been making poor food and exercise choices for the better part of 10 years and it's time for an overhaul!
To start, I'm cutting down on my portion sizes, taking my dogs for walks and hitting the gym about five times a week. I work from home so my flexible schedule allows me to get in a great amount of cardio and sun. :)
