I am new to spakpeople but also am staring again to be serious about losing weight. In the past I lost 100 lbs and have gained about 40 lbs back and have in a holding pattern for 2 years. Now is the time to get on with the weight loss. I have a lot to lose and like you I am tracking everything that goes into my mouth and trying to start walking but I am having problems with my legs and it is painful to just do the daily stuff. But over the weekend I will try to walk for about 15 min twice a day. Thanks for sharing. 2140 days ago
