I am starting over.

1. I am tracking every bite in my mouth. When in doubt about a serving size, I am rounding UP.

2. I am exercising 5 days a week. NO TONING. When I tone, I do not lose weight. At my weight, losing inches is not good enough. Sorry for you die-hard weight lifters.

3. I am going to eat breakfast every day no matter what.

4. If I don't lose this time, I am looking into gastric banding.
I am starting over.

I am new to spakpeople but also am staring again to be serious about losing weight. In the past I lost 100 lbs and have gained about 40 lbs back and have in a holding pattern for 2 years. Now is the time to get on with the weight loss. I have a lot to lose and like you I am tracking everything that goes into my mouth and trying to start walking but I am having problems with my legs and it is painful to just do the daily stuff. But over the weekend I will try to walk for about 15 min twice a day. Thanks for sharing. emoticon emoticon
