For the past 7 years I have been gaining weight. I am always starting or about to start a diet or exercise routine or both. I do and sometimes lose a little but then stop putting in the effort.
One thing I have learnt is for me to lose weight I must pay attention all the time to myself.
I am now the heaviest I have been and am so disappointed in myself. I sometimes don't recognise myself when I walk past shop windows and catch my reflection.
