My goal is to be a better person for my family. I think eating right and exercising more can help me not only to lose weight but to gain the energy I need to be more involved in the lives of my children.
Right now I am trying to start slow and work my way up so as not to overwhelm myself. I have a full-time job and 3 children, so time is a big issue for me. If I can sneak in some healthy dinners and some exercises when I get the oppurtunity, that would be great.
