Trying to get back to being healthy, slim, toned and strong. I'm a 22 year old recent graduate. I have been a vegetarian for about 4 years. I used to be in phenomenal shape in high school because I was on a nationally ranked rowing team. I was weighing in at around 100 lbs for all of high school, which would be quite small for me now that I'm a bit older, but I'm not totally comfortable at my current weight. I recently put on about 8 lbs pretty rapidly (5 months)... but it was right after i started weight training, so part of me chalks it up to that.... It's time to take a hard look at my diet and exercise. If I can't get a hold on this when I'm 22, when will I??? My start weight: 130 Goal weight: 115

My Program:
Diet: between 1200 & 1600 calories a day. Eating more fruits/veggies Exericse: 3 days of strength training + short cardio, 2 days of pure cardio and daily weigh ins!
