I CAN do this... this is my life... there are NO excuses!!
I am tired of starting and stopping, starting and stopping, starting and stopping. It's frustrating and detrementatal to myself. I just want to be comfortable and happy with myself. I would love to get down to 180... my dream weight would be 160. I have mini goals. Get under 200 lbs. Be able to run in a 5K. Be able to walk up the stairs to my floor at work and not die (I'm work on the 16th floor). Wear a size 12. Be happy in my own skin. This is my life and I'm taking control. ...

under 200- new sweater 190- new work pants 180- new jeans 170 - 2 new shirts 160- Celebrate and buying a super cute work dress!!
My Program:
Exercising at least 3-4 times a week. Walk at least 2 miles 3-4x a week. Walk down the stairs at work at least 3x day (I work on the 16th floor). WATER, WATER, WATER!!! Trying not to eat after 8pm. Portion control... this is a lifestyle change, not a forever diet... but portion control is HUGE for me. Getting 8 hours of sleep at night. Holding myself accountable.

My name is Jennie. I'm 28 and I'm from Minneapolis (actually a suburb of Minneapolis). I am 5'9'' and starting my weight loss journey at 230 pounds. My goal is to get down to 160 by New Years Eve 2013!
Other Information:
I LOVE to read... anything and everything. I also adore movies and watch a LOT of TV... probably more than I should, haha. I adore to travel. My dream is to make it to Australia someday.
