My Goals:
1. Exercise more frequently; at least 4-5 times a week.
2. Start running again!
2-1. Run a set of miles. maybe 1000 miles this year!
3. remove wheat and gluten from my diet and back down on bread products in my diet.
4. as always, eat more veggies! not always a problem but it's good one to still try to work on!
5. actually lose some weight.

My Program:
Trying to eat more veggies, attempting to reduce or eliminate gluten from my diet.

I am trying to eat more whole and natural foods. Less sugar and processed foods!!

Personal Information:
I am an American in England, living life in the country! Enjoying the changes but definitely too much rain! haha.

It sounds delicious. Get some rest and don't worry too much about the pounds. Take your measurements so you will see the changes. Pounds can be anything.

I've got a cold right now. Over all I don't think I've done too badly with the vegetarian thing. BUT I did gain this week... and I've been trying to get my protein in... I think that's been putting me over my calories. BUT i found a delicious vegetarian sandwich at this little cafe yesterday and it was yummy. :) I might make one sometime. It had avocado, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, mustard... on this bread with lots of seeds in it. It was actually really good! I am going to do a blog entry tonight. So... I'll elaborate :) I haven't been good at all today but i've been sick and just laying in bed all day! might not be a cold. Just might be allergies but sure is beating me up like a cold!
