Back on Track

I just turned 30 & had a baby in December. I haven't managed to lose a single pound I gained during my pregnancy, so I'm venturing out on a no-carb diet to kick-start my weight loss. I'll be having back to back surgeries soon, so exercise wont be possible for several weeks.
