My Goals:
My immediate goal is to focus on the next 20 lbs...one pound at a time. I would like to be down another size by June.

My Program:
I'm incorporating the South Beach Lifestyle and working out alot...using everything from the Ten Minute Trainer with Tony Horton to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

Aww, thanks! I readjusted my numbers for my calore goal and burn goal, hoping to see that scale move! I can't get my ticker to change. It's where I left off last summer-but I'm up 20lbs now. I've weighed in but it won't save :(

Hey sweety! I just wanted to check in with you and encourage you in your weight loss journey. I still have 25 - 30 lbs. to lose. You are at my goal weight right now! I know that is not any consolation to you while you are trying to lose weight to get to your goal. Stick with your clean diet and your workouts, things will start moving. Make your goal health and fitness, sounds like you are already heading in the right direction!
