Taking care of my body
I am have been married for 11 years, have 5 kids, and I homeschool the oldest 2 so far. I lost tons of weight after the first 2 were born, but the final 3 left me with some extra weight again. The problem I have with dieting is that so often I become completely obsessed with the diet, to the exclusion of all else, so I decided not to diet again until was ready to be obsessed about the most important things first. My Goals:
I want to lose the extra weight I have so I can be healthy, set a good example for my kids, and honor God with my body.
My Program:
Log all my meals from Monday-Saturday. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days/week. Use the 28-day boot camp challenge videos 6 days/week
