The Best Me I Can Be

I lost weight 10 years ago, gained it back with the last couple pregnancies. I've used SparkPeople in the past but tend to gain back more than I lost. My Mom's diabetes' diagnosis was a wake up call to reduce my weight and take better care of myself. I've recently joined the Mighty Black Panther Cat Pride Team for the Fall Biggest Loser Challenge to help me stay motivated and accountable, GO PANTHERS!

My Goals:
Lose 30 pounds by Christmas, 2014

Check in with SparkCoach and my Black Panther team every day.

Exercise consistently and eat healthy foods.

My Program:
Exercise at least 5 days a week.

Walk/cardio at least 3 days a week.

Strength train at least 3 days a week.

Track all the food I eat at least 6 days a week.

Eat at least 5 fruits or veggies a day.

Goal for October: 10,000 steps every day.
