And here we go again...

So let me rephrase what I rephrase what follows.. I am starting over again.. I had lost about 35 pounds at the end of last year and then at Christmas started with some medical issues...1 operation later I am still in pain overweight and unable to excercise due to my condition. My self esteem has taken a big hit.. so I am trying it all again....So let me rephrase everyting that is printed following this statment..all this was about a year ago.. now my life ahas changed again and my weight soared ...

My self esteem has taken a big hit.. so I am trying it all again....So let me rephrase everyting that is printed following this statment..all this was about a year ago.. now my life ahas changed again and my weight soared back to 196 pounds...but if I did it before I can do it again... so ......... My name is Jenn and I have always had a problem with my weight..nine months ago something great happened I had my son Juan....then six months later something awful happened my husband left me. If I thought I had a weight problem before!!! So on January 1st me and my friends decided to have a BIggest Loser contest for ourselves...I figure since I am going to be out on the market again I should look good. I find it much easier now to follow a change of life not worrying about cooking for two. Depression and loneliness as well as other emotions always plays a part in my eating so either I stop having emotions..(yeah right) or I change my thinking...so here it goes...and so it is 12/28/2011 after the birth of my daughter and too many life changes to count..I am a whopping 205 pounds...and about to get married in 2 months...oye!

My Goals:
Just to have maintained a change of life and still stay happy and healthy!

My Program:
1. No eating after 8pm at night.
2. No carbs after 12pm
3. 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Vitamins TAKE THEM!
5. Excercise
6. Journal
7. 10 min breathing and stretch excercise every AM

Personal Information:
35 year old mother of two gorgeous children..5 years old and 9 mons...and when I look in the mirror I usually say .."I look like a fatter version ate my skinner self..." lol!

Love your description! Yeah, this is technically my second time around - while I didn't get off the site completely, I did get off track and am really struggling again due to life stress......
