My Goals:
I have started over yet again...another year of resolutions!

My goas are:
To drink more water
Prepare my meals and not eat out so much!
Get at least 30 minutes of cardio daily.
Cut our sugar, processed foods and lower my pop intake.
Eat 6 small meals a day!

I know I can do this. I've done it once before. I just need to get into the right mindset!

My Program:
I am consuming 1400-1600 a day, getting 30+ minutes a day, drinking more water and cutting out processed foods and sugar.

Personal Information:
My name is Jennifer and I live in Canada. I'm originally from Missouri, my husband is Canadian.

I work at the university, so I am always at a desk.

I have 2 children, one is in her 3rd year of University and my son graduates high school this year!

Other Information:
I loooove hockey, slow pitch, and volleyball.

I enjoy playing poker, watching movies and watching my kids play sports.

Thanks for the friends add. I did the same to you.

so excited for you I remember my first day and barely seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. In no time you will meet your goal and it will be an exciting feeling.

Stay focused and track your calories and work - out and you will be fine. remember there will be day that you will slack off but try to make up for it by the end of the week that's what I did.

Best wishes on your weight loss journey.
