My Goals:
Get healthy and lose weight! Look good and feel good about myself!

My current mini-goal is to be at 139 by Thanksgiving 2008. That is plenty of time!!

My ultimate is to be 115 by March 1, 2008. My 5 year wedding anniversary is that month and hopefully I will look good for whatever we decide to do. OH, and this is all second to becoming pregnant! That's my main desire, but we've been trying for over 2 years, so who knows when that will happen.

My Program:
1200-1550 calories a day

Make healthier choices.

Try to make exercise a regular part of my life. That's it... I'm not sticking to a specific schedule yet.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Florida with my husband and my Jack Russell, Lily. I am a social worker. We have been trying to conceive for over 2 years, though some of that time I became too depressed to really try try. But we're back at it and are going to seek fertility treatments as well.

I'm glad to see you back. It's ok Jenny, you can get back on track and keep at it. I've been kinda slacking the last couple of days. I don't want to lose the progress that I've made, so today I'm trying to get back on track myself. I was doing so good with exercising, but I've only been doing a little lately.

I know you can do it, you were doing so good before, you can do that well again.

Welcome to the Floridians team! We are all over the state & love it here. I, too, did the Weight Watchers thing. Am a lifetime member, 'cause I made goal weight. But it hasn't done it for me the last couple years. I really like SparkPeople for the daily emails & motivation.

I've been feeling the same way, except my weight has gone up a little. I know it's just water weight from TOM, but it's still frustrating. I've actually been doing good with exercise, my cable has an on demand channel and I found an exercise category. There's at least 50 different workouts on there. I've been doing better since I've done those at home instead of trying to get to the gym everyday.
