Hello. I really wish I had a taken a "before" picture. I guess I didn't think I would actually be able to lose all the weight I wanted!!

There are two pictures with me and my daughter. maybe you can tell my weight loss between the two? One was taken at the beach we go to all summer. The other was a work 'family day'.

I am still hoping to reach my goal of 120. I am not setting a date, but rather improving my eating and revving up my exercise program. I am happy at 125, but would like to see 120.

My Goals:
I am at 125 now and I think I am at a healthy weight for my height. Within the last few weeks a lot of people have noticed my weight loss. It''s great feeling when I am called skinny!! Even by my friends that have ALWAYS been smaller than me!

My Program:
I am changing my program this month. Alll summer I have been doing cardio 6 days sometimes 7 days a week and weight training about 3 to 4 times a week. I have not lost anything in five months. I am trying an experiment this month. I weighed myself October 1st and vow not to reweigh myself until November 1st - I also took measurements. I am ONLY doing cardio this month and muscle building cardio like pushups, lunges, squats - no weights at all! Oh, because I am not doing weights, I am lowering my protein intake and upping my carbs. Just an experiment to see what works best. Maybe in December I will do only weights and lots of protein??? Anyway, I am only working out 5 days a week instead of 6 or 7. It just gets harder as we roll into the winter.

Personal Information:
I am from Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I have a 9 year old daughter. I am trying to teach her fitness instead of dieting. I would like to instill that lesson in her now so she is not on a lifetime diet. We go rollerblading, walking, swimming, etc.

My mother is a lifetime dieter. I do not want my daughter to grow up in a ''diet'' household. I feel as though I have always struggled with weight issues. But when I look back at old photos, I was fine. It was my mother that made me feel as though I should constantly be watching my weight. Right now, I am the weight I was when I graduated high school (17) and when I left for basic training (21). I am pretty proud of that. Even my mother tells all her friends "look how skinny she is!".

Other Information:
I just went past my 13th year in the military!! Yahoo!! Honestly did not think I would make the first four!!

I am my squadron''s fit monitor so keeping in shape and staying under my weight is a must!

Hey Jenn! I love ur page! It's awesome. You are a great inspiration to me! I was wondering if you could explain to me how you made your "before and after" virtual models. I really wanna add one to my page for inspiration. Thanks for your help with SP! You are a blessing!

Great job on your fitness quest. You've broken the 'dieting household' chain for your daughter!

I saw the beach picture and knew you had to be from New England without even reading your information. We just moved from CT and I'm missing NE so much!
