I'm a 24 year old mother of two young children. Since having my youngest, 3 years old, I had gotten out of the military and it all went down hill from there, my health that is, lol. It has gotten to the point that my boyfriend just calls me "broken", joking around of course. I do weigh 40 pounds heavier now than I did before my second pregnancy, at my healthiest weight of 142 when I was in the Army. Which isn't a whole lot, but I think just those 40 pounds has caused all these issues I'm having now, especially since I've never been this heavy before in my life than I have these past 3 years. I am a semi-veggi, working on going completely 100% veggie. I never really was much of a meat eater before so it's not as hard for me to say no to meat as it may be for others.

I'm in college working on my Bach in Psychology. My major is Child Psychology. I was abused as a child sexually and I would like to take what I've been given and use that power to help other children who cannot fight for themselves anymore. I would like to open parenting classes and be active in fighting for children's rights.

Im a big tea drinker. I love tea and herbs, I just don't know too much about them. I'd love to learn more about herbs and start making my own teas. I'd also love to learn Rekiki (sp) one day. I believe in a great Universe and Karma, and Law of Attraction.
Don't really know what else to write, lol, so if anyone has any questions, I'm an open book with nothing to hide :D

    Just stopping in to say Hi, and to let you know that I am coming back to Sparkpeople. I have just posted a new blog which sort of explains what happened to me and what I am about to start doing again. I am getting very excited, and in 14 days I will be here full time.     Hi my name is Dodie. Welcome to the group. I have been a member since Jan.27th. I have aways had trouble looseing weight. But it has become worse. Since I have been ill and on so much medication. It seems to just saty. So far I have lost a little over 10 pounds. I joined the site because of all the tools it has to help you stay on track. Also for the people who are willing to give advice or a kind word.
