This time I am going to do it!
A year on Spark People has seen some significant changes in my life. I have a much better attitude to exercise and fitness, and a much greater awareness of healthy choices on the food front, but I can't in all honesty say that I have lost the weight I wanted to. Now is the time to heighten my efforts, get truly focused and start putting into practice all that I have learnt. A new year, a renewed effort, and a new me! I have a much better attitude to exercise and fitness, and a much greater awareness of healthy choices on the food front, but I can't in all honesty say that I have lost the weight I wanted to. Now is the time to heighten my efforts, get truly focused and start putting into practice all that I have learnt. A new year, a renewed effort, and a new me! January 2013 Am finally starting to make progress and see results. I realise again how important a healthy life is to me, and just how much I want to make substantial changes to be the best I can be. My main goal at this stage is to get to Onederland and it is well within reach over the next few months. I would never have got this far without the wonderful support of my Spark Friends, and I am more determined than ever to achieve my goals!
