I have suffered from various inflammation-related chronic conditions for a long time. In November I went to my nurse practitioner and asked her how to deal with the knee pain from my surgery without more medication. She told me about the food cause for inflammation. WHAT? My diet causes my pain?!?

So at her recommendation I investigated anti-inflammatory diets. After much research, I chose The Plan because it's the only one that helps you figure out exactly what works *for you*. Others conflict with each other because people are different. This one rocks.

I have been eating a basic anti-inflammatory diet since mid-November. I started the plan on November 16. I have already seen drastic weight loss and mega energy results. I feel better, think clearer, and get excited about moving in ways I haven't in a long time.
