Time to jump off the wagon and start walking again

Oh the dreaded re-start...yes here I am again. School is out and the time for me to start this journey again after two babies is here. I am finally feeling like time and sleep are on my side. Just need to increase the motivation and get up and move. So I am again starting to track food and exercise and am hoping that the results will be health, energy and a smaller body. Will be posting my calories and exercise successes on my blog. Would love to hear from any of you for encouragement.
