Let's Do This!

After YEARS of yo-yoing, I found spark and got down to 120ish. Unfortunately, I added calories in, wanting to gain a hit of muscle and just needing a diet break, and then came holidays, then I let it go. Still exercising regularly, but food was not great. Restrict, then not. Never learning balance. So her I am, almost 5 years after starting, 4 years after losing, up 35 or so pounds. I am calorie counting, but I need to focus on finding balance with food.

I want to focus more on continuing to live a healthy life, rather than what I can change to make my body "perfect".

A tip for you on those kiddo leftovers:

BENTO!

It's the art of making japanese lunchboxes. Rather than eat it, save it... and reserve it later, in a small portion attractively presented to be more enticing! I've been known to save portions as small as a fourth of a cup of pasta and a tablespoon of sauce to serve back as lunch later. :)
